All information is handled in accordance with the Revive Solutions Privacy Policy.
Clients agree that all information, documents, applications, financial records, identification documents, business records, and supporting materials provided to Revive Solutions are true, accurate, complete, and current.
Revive Solutions reserves the right to suspend, terminate, reject, or delay services when information is determined to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or inconsistent with program requirements.
Participation in Financial Builder Programs does not guarantee consumer credit score increases, business credit score improvements, loan approvals, funding approvals, or any specific financial outcome. Reporting eligibility is determined by program requirements, account status, payment history, and participating reporting platforms.
By participating in eligible programs, clients authorize Revive Solutions and its approved reporting partners to process and submit qualifying payment activity to participating consumer and commercial reporting platforms where applicable. Reporting availability, frequency, and acceptance are determined by independent reporting providers.
Revive Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
All website content, trademarks, graphics, text, materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Revive Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Clients who believe information submitted through a reporting program is inaccurate may submit a written dispute and supporting documentation for review. Revive Solutions reserves the right to investigate, verify, correct, update, or remove reported information when appropriate and consistent with applicable laws and program requirements.
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or disagreement arising out of or relating to this website, services, agreements, reporting programs, consultations, applications, transactions, or communications shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
All disputes shall be resolved solely on an individual basis. Clients agree not to participate in any class action, collective action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding against Revive Solutions.
Revive Solutions shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, service disruptions, or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather events, internet outages, cyber incidents, government actions, labor disputes, acts of God, technology failures, third-party service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Revive Solutions shall not be liable for decisions made by lenders, credit reporting agencies, commercial reporting agencies, government agencies, contractors, or other third parties.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any service agreements, disclosures, privacy policies, reporting authorizations, and related program documents, constitute the entire agreement between Revive Solutions and the client regarding use of the website and services.
