Reporting eligibility is determined by program requirements, account status, payment history, and participating reporting platforms.
By participating in eligible programs, clients authorize Revive Solutions and its approved reporting partners to process and submit qualifying payment activity to participating consumer and commercial reporting platforms where applicable. Reporting availability, frequency, and acceptance are determined by independent reporting providers.
Revive Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
All website content, trademarks, graphics, text, materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Revive Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Clients who believe information submitted through a reporting program is inaccurate may submit a written dispute and supporting documentation for review. Revive Solutions reserves the right to investigate, verify, correct, update, or remove reported information when appropriate and consistent with applicable laws and program requirements.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website, services, agreements, or reporting programs shall be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. The parties agree to waive the right to trial by jury except where prohibited by law.
Revive Solutions shall not be liable for decisions made by lenders, credit reporting agencies, commercial reporting agencies, government agencies, contractors, or other third parties.
